If you wish to make a booking, we invite you register as a travel agent on our website: www.hotelcondesa.com Registration is quick, simple and free; just fill out a registration form to activate your account. You will receive a username and password and can then start enjoying its benefits.
As a travel agent, we offer 10% commission on top of the prices published on our website, as well as:
- Guaranteed best price through the official website
- Last-minute availability, even in high season
- Connectivity and computer security
- Direct payment with credit card or via bank transfer, with the agency commission already applied.
- Immediate and direct on-line booking with instant confirmation.
- Cancellation prior to 15 days before the customer’s arrival: no penalty
- Cancellation during the 15 days before the customer’s arrival at the hotel: charged for the first night.
- Same-day cancellation or NO SHOW: Penalty of 100% of the booking.
You must make a bank transfer with the total amount for the booking to the account with number:

In the payment reference box, please indicate the booking locator number. The maximum payment term will be 15 days before the customer’s arrival. Once payment has been made, we ask that you e-mail us to inform us of this.
